Start the day knowing what matters.

Each morning LiftIQ counts the day from your own records and picks the one task with the most money riding on it.

Every figure comes from your own payments, visits and memberships.

  • Every number has a list

Open any figure to see the members or invoices behind it.

  • Reasons you can say out loud

A member is flagged for “not seen for 14 days”, never an unexplained score.

Available now: the morning brief, members likely to leave, and weekly and monthly summaries. None of it is produced by an AI model.

Planned: drafted reminders and owner-approved actions. The AI will only propose, and a person approves every action.

Benefits

Less admin. A clearer picture. Members who stay.

  • 01

    Operational efficiency

Sell, renew and bill from one record, so the front desk stops copying between tools.

  • 02

    Business visibility

Collections, dues and renewals are counted from the same records, so the numbers agree.

  • 03

    Member retention

See who is slipping away and who is due to renew, while there is still time to call.

Built for trust

Your gym's data. Your control.

Clear access controls, accountable transactions, and numbers you can trace back to their source.

  • 01

    Your gym stays separate

Each gym's data remains isolated from other gyms.

  • 02

    Access stays controlled

Define what front-desk staff can access and do.

  • 03

    Every payment matters

Prevent duplicate payment records when a payment action is repeated.

  • 04

    Every number has a source

Trace dashboard figures back to their underlying records.

Every control, in detail

Each gym kept separate

Isolation in the database
Every gym's rows are protected by row-level security in Postgres. A query that doesn't name its gym sees nothing at all.
No way around it for the app
The app connects to the database with a role that cannot bypass those rules, so a mistake in app code can't leak another gym's data.
Gym taken from the account
Which gym a request belongs to comes from the signed-in person's account, never from a web address or form.
Tested on every change
Automated tests check the isolation rules against a real database engine before any change ships.

Sign-in and access

Dedicated sign-in provider
Sign-in and sessions are handled by Clerk, a specialised identity provider, rather than passwords stored by LiftIQ.
Two-factor for LiftIQ staff
LiftIQ's own console, used to onboard and support gyms, requires two-factor authentication.
Permissions per action
What each role may do is set action by action. Pay, exports and discount approvals stay with the people allowed them.
The server checks every number
Prices and discounts are recalculated on the server, so a figure changed in a browser is never trusted.

Money and records

Append-only ledger
Payments are never edited. A mistake is reversed and a refund is its own entry, so the history stays complete.
Nothing silently deleted
Invoices are voided with a credit note, and members and plans are archived rather than deleted.
Recorded once
A double tap or a dropped connection during a sale or payment never records it twice.
Audit trail
Changes to money, members and settings record who made them, what changed, and the values before and after.

Web and hosting

Encrypted connections
HTTPS everywhere, with browsers told to refuse insecure connections (HSTS).
Browser protections
A content security policy, pages that can't be framed by other sites, and no access to camera, microphone or location.
Rate limits and signed callbacks
Requests are rate-limited, and calls from payment and messaging providers must carry a valid signature.
Hosted in Singapore
The app runs on Vercel and the database on Neon Postgres, both in Singapore. Personal details are removed from error reports.
